How to get to summer without cellulitis.
What is the number one enemy of bikinis, swimming trunks and mini-skirts? Without doubt, the dreaded cellulitis. Over the winter those thick tights and long trousers can help us out, but that changes with summer. Relying on the memory of coverage won’t be option when we put a swim suit on for the first time. Now is the time to get to down to work. We present you with three simple steps to better legs and glutes.
The first and the most important step is to do specific exercise.
At the CEM Can Ricart gym, you will find equipment to work out the lower body: abductors, adductors, glutes…you can also ask for help from our trainers to help you achieve your goals.
You will have to work hard, so no eternal series of repetitions with minimal weight, better to do 8 or 12 reps with heavier weights, in such a way as the last ones are difficult to complete. In this way, you can mount an assault on that layer of fat and toxins from the inside, bringing out the musculature underneath this layer.
