Cardiovascular training with different objectives, working on a stationary exercise bicycle with music and simulating actual routes.
Outdoors cardiovascular activity, away from our facilities. It involves running continuously, and different routes are available for different profiles. Two routes are taken every week, and the path and intensity changes between sessions. We recommend talking to the monitor before starting the activity.
Aerobic workout sessions with martial arts choreographed movements. A stimulating adrenaline discharge that produces a sense of security and power and releases stress.
Medium-intensity dance lessons to get in shape in an original and very entertaining way, with exotic rhythms mixed with Latin music and international hits. Lessons for all ages, easy to follow thanks to its uncomplicated movement combinations.
BODY AND MIND
The Pilates method is a mental and physical training system that mixes dynamism and muscle strength with mental control. The Pilates method has become a referent for body and mind training. It can help you relax and control your stress, and provide many other benefits.
YOGA / YOGA 90’
Yoga is one of the six traditional doctrines of Hinduism. It encompasses not only muscle movement, but also all the structures of human physical substrate, such as organs, circulatory and respiratory systems, central and autonomous nervous systems and whole-body control. It helps to transform your body and mind into a single structure and a single internal self.
These functional workout sessions try to correct your posture, stretch all your muscles and provide general well-being, ensuring a good muscle tone and preventing back pain.
It combines the principles and techniques of the Pilates method, yoga and tai chi. The activity seeks the harmony between body and mind, and is carried out in a quiet atmosphere and with relaxing music.
TBC (TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING)
Muscle and aerobic training in which we combine muscle and cardiovascular sections with a simple organization that combines a wide equipment variety to turn each session into a new challenge.
This activity applies different training methods for strength, balance, flexibility and coordination, the basic elements of physical well-being.
A high-intensity activity combining cardiovascular workout with muscle toning. Functional exercises geared towards developing the big muscle groups (non-analytical). It requires a level of physical condition.
Activity in the synergy structure where we can work different sessions (lasting 30 '):
- Interval: work of toning and cardiovascular intervals.
- Gac: focused on leg work, buttocks and core.
- Extreme: maximum intensity.
- Tone: Toning work.
Activity where a cardiovascular work is performed very varied and dynamic, alternating exercices of toning and stretching.
It improves tone and muscular endurance, burning fat at the same time.
High intensity activity. It works in a global way capacities like: strength, agility, speed, endurance, power and cardio. Requires a minimum of physical level.
This activity consists on exercises that use different equipment to work on each muscle group, and each session is different to the rest.
LAB (LEGS, ABS AND BUTT)
Only the gluteus, abdomen and legs are trained, using a number of exercises and tools.
Muscle strength activity using different weights. We will work on our entire body for 50 minutes. You will soon see your muscle tone improving.
ABS (30’ MINUTES)
30-minute sessions focused on working abdominal muscles. The abdomen gains strength and we prevent sagging and back pain.
Sessions to work on abs, gluteus and core. We will improve our strength, flexibility and balance thanks to different functional exercises.
Sessions in the shallow part of the swimming pool. It consists in cardiovascular exercises with broad movements in the water and toning using water dumbbells. Ideal for people with joints problems, as they can exercise without severe impact.
Activity in the aquatic environment where the work of integral toning predominates through different materials.
Activity in the aquatic environment where toning and cardiovascular work are combined. It is the most intense aquatic activity.
