Outdoor box is the key to reach the top 3 fitness tendencies: outdoor, strength and high intensity training.

The new Lleuresport boutique in CEM Can Ricart offers a global experience of guided sessions with cross-training, metcon and mobility specialized coaches. There will be more than 60 hours per month to use the open box space.
The main goal of the outdoor box is to teach people who want to introduce themselves in this trend practice and get stronger in the most amusing way.

METHODOLOGY

ON RAMP

Initiation session that offer the main concepts to assist and take 100% profit of cross classes.

CROSS

A practice that unifies Olympic weightlifting, calisthenic, plyometric and functional training exercises executed with your own weight (among others), developed at a high intensity. The philosophy of these practices is improvement and to be in company.

HYROX

A program designed to prepare you progressively, effectively, and strategically for the HYROX challenge. Each session is carefully structured to enhance your overall performance and help you approach the competition format with greater confidence, efficiency, and control.

SPECIFIC

a session focused on refining specific movements, improving quality, efficiency, and safety in execution, building a solid foundation of proper movement so the athlete can perform training sessions while minimizing injury risk and maximizing performance. Megawod: a special 90-minute class structured like a Cross training session, ending with a team WOD. More time, more intensity, and that team energy that pushes you further than you thought possible.

CROSS KIDS (6 TO 10 YEARS OLD)

Group training where we will work on basic physical abilities (strength, endurance, flexibility, and speed) as well as skills such as coordination and attention. The goal is to promote the overall growth of the child and lay the foundations for a healthy lifestyle.

CROSS JUNIOR (11 TO 15 YEARS OLD)

These sessions are the precursor to the adult CrossFit classes. They will focus on specific movements such as push, pull, explosiveness, and resistance to create a solid foundation for the child's athletic development, healthy lifestyle habits, and eventual incorporation into adult classes.
