Using the Pilates method with machines regularly, one can see changes in the structure of the human body in a few weeks. Our Pilates studio is located in a comfortable, welcoming and modern space. Located next to the sports center, our room is equipped with the most sophisticated machines and all the elements necessary to practice the Pilates method safely and effectively.
WHAT IS THE PILATES METHOD?
Physical exercise that activates a large part of our body muscles. It works especially with postural muscles, which keep us upright and are also known as deep muscle tissue. It is ideal for people with back problems, since it strengthens the muscles that protect the spine.

MACHINE PILATES LESSONS
We have three machines to accommodate groups of up to three people. This kind of lessons are designed by specialists on the method and adapted to the needs and objectives of each person.
PILATES ON THE FLOOR FOR SMALL GROUPS
Apart from the floor Pilates fee lessons, we have a different type of class for up to five people. Since these classes are for reduced groups, results are more easily achieved.
