
Progress is measured, effort is felt
From February 9th to 14th, we are holding a new Test Week at our Outdoor Box, a special week designed to help you measure your progress and see the evolution of your training.
During these days, we will test three fundamental movements within the regular classes. No special booking is required: simply book your class as usual, and participation will be at no extra cost.
Test schedule. To make it easier for everyone to complete the tests comfortably, they will be spread throughout the week:
Each test will be scaled for all levels and fully integrated into the session, maintaining the usual class rhythm and intensity.
