Types of Activities.

Cardiovascular

Activities with moderate intensity in which aerobic exercise predominates, done with different disciplines following the rhythm of the music.

Body and Mind

Activities that help improve posture, flexibility, stability, and strength through various disciplines.

High Intensity

Interval training, also known as HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), consisting of short periods of work and intermittent high effort.

Tone

Activities designed to achieve adequate muscular tone, improving overall physical condition and coordinating abilities, all while following the rhythm of the music.

Water

Activities performed in an aquatic environment to develop general physical condition, utilizing the resistance of water and working to the rhythm of the music.
