This is the ideal space to transform your workout into an exceptional experience, featuring free weight areas, functional spaces, weightlifting sections, cardio machines, and more.
In this space we have seven mobile benches, three presses of different inclinations, a preacher bench, three abdominal benches, a rack and a multipower. In addition to bars, discs and dumbbells of different weights.
In this area we have five machines, precisely designed to offer a uniform and controlled resistance. They also have a locking system and easy resistance adjustment (with discs) to ensure safety during training.
One of the most renewed areas in our fitness area, equipped to improve all basic physical capacities (strength, resistance and flexibility). You can find a crosstraining rack, a space for training “bootcamp”, and functional material such as kettlebells, polymetric boxes, etc.
With a multi-station machine, two double pulleys with different amplitudes and three stations to work in a more specific way, this is the perfect area to make your strength and/or hypertrophy training as complete as possible.
With a total of eighteen machines, this is a space where you will be able to train all muscle groups. The design of the machines allows them to be adapted to everyone’s characteristics.
Our cardio machines are equipped with technology and connectivity that will allow you to create personalized sessions to monitor and measure your training, giving you a new challenge every day.
On the second floor, a small and cozy corner covered with grass where you can relax and calm down after your most demanding training sessions.

Specific training for the muscles that form our core, through different exercises. Planks, anti-extension exercises, anti-rotation exercises, trunk flexion, etc.
Duration: 15 minutes
Exercises that improve mobility and flexibility, through dynamic and static stretching, movements to increase ROM, among others.
