
At CEM Can Ricart, we have renovated the fitness room with a considerable expansion of the strength area in response to the growing demand from users for this type of training. With new state-of-the-art machines and free weights, the strength area now offers a more complete and efficient training experience. This expansion not only improves the capacity of the space but also allows users to perform a wider range of exercises, from Olympic lifts to muscular endurance exercises.
In addition to the expansion of the strength area, we have incorporated a new area dedicated to HIIT training. This space, known as the Bootcamp Room, is designed for high-intensity workouts and is equipped with everything you need for dynamic sessions combining cardio, strength, and endurance exercises. The inclusion of this area reflects the growing popularity of functional training, which focuses on improving overall fitness through compound movements and exercises that challenge the body holistically.
To get the most out of this new room, we will be offering 30-minute guided classes in the Fitness Room. Additionally, to ensure you can use this space safely and efficiently, we will provide a monthly training schedule.
