Train wothout impact, have fun and get results!
Come and discover the power of Aquadynamic during our open week!
This year, we are very proud to present a Les Mills programme: Aquadynamic!
We are delighted to invite you to a revolutionary aquatic experience during our open week from the 5th to the 9th of February.
What is Aquadynamic? It is more than just an aquatic exercise programme. It is a complete fitness experience in the water. Developed by Les Mills, this programme combines the energy of music, the unique resistance of water and scientifically designed movements to give you a dynamic and fun workout.
Why should you try Aquadynamic?
It is fun and challenging: you will be able to challenge your endurance and strength as you immerse yourself in the rhythm of the music.
Effective calorie burning: with each movement you will work your muscles intensely, allowing you to burn more calories in less time, as the water provides natural resistance.
Low impact: Floating in the water reduces the impact on joints, making it ideal for all types of people and fitness levels.
When and where?
The open week will be from the 5th to the 9th of February at both CEM Colom and CEM Can Ricart swimming pools, and we will finish with an Aquadynamic Masterclass on the 10th of February at 9 am at CEM Can Ricart swimming pool that you cannot miss.
