<p>No other exercise performs such a deep work on the internal musculature of the abdomen as the hypopressive abdominals.</p>
<p>By doing them, you not only work the abdominal muscles, you also exercise the pelvic floor and the transverse (the muscle responsible for marking the waist, since it acts as a girdle on both sides of the trunk).</p>
<p>But for this to be possible, you have to know how to breathe correctly.</p>
