Aerial acrobatics workshop in fabrics and aro.
Next April 30 we have the honor of having Cristina, acrobat and yoga teacher. She began her career as a circus artist in 2018, and has trained with world-renowned artists such as Laura Coll (Cirque du Soleil artist and founder of ASLC), Yam Doyev (founder of Gravity Circus School) or Hanne Coeckelbergh. She began practicing Aerial Silks, but soon discovered that her passion for the circus also extended to other aerial elements such as the Hoop, the Trapeze or the Straps.
What the workshop is all about?
In this first contact with the world of acrobatics, the Fabrics and the Aerial Hoop will be tested.
It is designed for beginners, anyone who is interested in trying circus disciplines, and those who are curious about acrobatics.
It will be a two-hour workshop, divided into two parts: during the first half of the class (approximately 30′) the pertinent physical preparation exercises will be carried out in order to dedicate the second part of the class to introducing ourselves to acrobatics safely. In this second part of the session, the basics of aerial acrobatics, some initial figures and the main ups and downs of both disciplines will be taught. It will be a physically demanding workshop, but accessible to all audiences.
