<p><strong>TEST WEEK OUTDOOR BOX</strong></p>
<p><strong>TEST WEEK is back at Outdoor Box! </strong></p>
<p>The test week is a week dedicated to performing exercises to evaluate performance or progress.</p>
<p>Since the beginning of the project we have been testing exercises such as the back squat, push press, pull-ups, power clean and power snatch.</p>
<p>Now, with this new test week comes the time to analyse our <strong>front squat</strong> and <strong>push jerk</strong>, looking for <strong>1RM</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>The week from the 4th to the 8th of March, </strong>in the Cross classes, we will analyse these two movements, with the aim of having a reference or improving our previous mark.</p>
