NEW ACTIVITIES AT OUTDOOR BOX: CROSS KIDS AND CROSS JUNIOR

/></h3> <h3>New activities at Outdoor Box</h3> <p>At the Outdoor Box, we aim to serve the youngest members of your household. Starting this September, we are launching Cross Kids (ages 6 to 10) and Cross Junior (ages 11 to 15) classes. The main objective of these classes is to lay the foundations for a healthy lifestyle.</p> <p>Here is a brief summary of what each class consists of:</p> <ul> <li><strong>CROSS KIDS (6 TO 10 YEARS OLD)</strong></li> </ul> <p>Group training where we will work on basic physical abilities (strength, endurance, flexibility, and speed) as well as skills such as coordination and attention. The goal is to promote the overall growth of the child and lay the foundations for a healthy lifestyle.</p> <p><strong>Wednesday from 17.15 to 18.15pm</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>CROSS JUNIOR (11 TO 15 YEARS OLD)</strong></li> </ul> <p>These sessions are the precursor to the adult CrossFit classes. They will focus on specific movements such as push, pull, explosiveness, and resistance to create a solid foundation for the child’s athletic development, healthy lifestyle habits, and eventual incorporation into adult classes.</p> <p>To ensure the child’s learning, payment for the classes will be made on a quarterly basis. If a child wants to sign up in the middle of the term, they will need to be assessed by a coach to determine if they can start the activity. Continuous learning in this type of sport is essential to us.</p> <p>To guarantee quality, classes will have a maximum of 15 students. Once the spots are filled, no more places will be opened.
