Cross Kids and youth Cross are back!

After the success of the first season, this September we’re bringing back Cross Kids and Cross Joves — classes designed to support the physical, cognitive, and emotional development of young people through functional training.

  • CROSS KIDS (ages 6 to 10): Wednesdays from 5:15 PM to 6:15 PM

Group sessions focused on developing basic physical abilities (strength, endurance, flexibility, and speed), as well as skills such as coordination and focus, all in a fun and safe environment. The goal is to lay the foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle.

  • CROSS JOVES (ages 11 to 15): Thursdays from 5:15 PM to 6:15 PM

Designed as a stepping stone to adult Cross training, this program focuses on functional movements such as pushing, pulling, explosive work, and endurance. The aim is to build a solid physical foundation and promote lifelong healthy habits.

Quarterly registration is required to ensure consistent progress and learning.

If a participant wishes to join mid-term, a pre-assessment with a coach will be necessary.

Reception starts at 5:15 PM. Classes begin promptly at 5:30 PM.

Limited to 15 participants per group. Once full, no additional spots will be opened. Don’t miss out!
