The Olímpia Campus is back once again! If you enjoy sports, this summer is a perfect opportunity to make the most of it. This year we return with two campus options:
We are already working on preparing activities and programming to offer, as always, a safe, welcoming, and high-quality environment. Our aim is to encourage social interaction, promote a fun and educational setting, and support personal, emotional, and social development.
The sessions will run from June 22 to September 4.
Available schedules:
A morning reception service from 8:00 to 9:00 am will also be available each week. This must be requested at least one week in advance and will only take place if there is a minimum of 4 registrations. Otherwise, the amount paid will be refunded.
To complete registration, it will be necessary to have the activity code. The corresponding codes for CEM Can Ricart and CEM Colom are attached.
Barcelona City Council has introduced a new scholarship system for school and extracurricular activities, and the center aims to ensure that all information is clear.
The general application period took place between January 15 and February 11, 2026.
All applicant families have already been informed of the level of financial aid granted via SMS and email. This information can also be checked in the personal area of the Oficina Virtual de Trámites.
From April 27 onwards, families will also receive the child’s code by SMS or email. Both codes (child’s code and activity code) must be entered when applying for aid through the Virtual Procedures Office or by calling 010.
Once you have the child’s code, you must apply for the chosen activity between May 4 and May 22 (inclusive). The activity codes for our campus options are included at the beginning of this email. Afterward, you can visit the center to complete the registration.
Although the center cannot process applications, we can help resolve general questions about the process and how to apply the aid once granted.

If you are not applying for a scholarship, registration can be completed online or in person at the center’s reception from April 13 onwards.
For in-person registration, the following documentation is required:
Payment for the selected sessions must be made at the time of registration.
Those who have applied for a scholarship must pay 10% of the session cost at the time of registration. The remaining amount (for those who are not granted 90%) must be paid before the start of the campus. The payment will be automatically charged on June 13 to the bank account or card provided during registration.
Those not applying for a scholarship must pay in full at the time of registration, either online or at the center.
