INFALLIBLE TO BEAT THE HEAT
On these hot dates we must take into account several things to be able to continue training in a healthy way.
As a main point, we must stay hydrated before, during and after training; we also have to modulate the intensity of our workouts and adapt the breaks, listen to your body. The time of day is very important, avoid the hottest hours and try to train first or last hour of the day.
Choose comfortable and breathable clothing. If you train outdoors, look for the shade and protect yourself from the sun with caps, glasses and/or creams. Lastly, take advantage of this time to do some water activity in our pools or one of the directed activities in our air-conditioned rooms.
