For all those people who want to experience something different, aerobatics is an ideal option.
It is a physical discipline inspired by circus art that conditions the body and soul through exercises suspended in the air that combine strength, resistance, gravity, cardio, flexibility and a lot of spirituality. A height experience for all ages.
We propose an attractive proposal for aerial activities, where you can get started in this practice or improve what you already know.
The first workshop will be held on June 6 at CEM Can Ricart and will be from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The price is €25. If you know someone who wants to come, it is also an open workshop for non-subscribers!
