Collective meditation workshop
Meditation is a practice in which you can consciously connect mind and body. Meditation encompasses many types of meditation and helps to promote relaxation.
In this workshop we will do different activities that will allow you to connect not only with yourselves but also to enter into a group harmony plan. During the workshop, there will be a presentation of the different meditation techniques, including MINDFULNESS.
Mindfulness is a Buddhist meditation technique adapted to our western society that allows you to discover meditation in a simple and guided way. More and more people are practising it and, it is also reaching companies and schools, as it has many benefits for both mental and physical health.
No previous experience is necessary, you will learn techniques, and then you will be able to put them into practice at home. And if you have already practised a meditation technique before, this is the perfect opportunity to practice it in a group.
On Wednesday, November 22nd we will have the first workshop at 9 a.m. and the second at 7 p. m. at CEM Colom.
