GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct engaging and varied fitness classes.
    • Guide and correct participants on proper technique and posture for each exercise, ensuring well-being and injury prevention.
    • Motivate the group and maintain high energy levels throughout sessions.
    • Monitor attendance and track participants’ progress.
    • Maintain the organization and upkeep of sports equipment and facilities.
    • Follow safety protocols and supervise the correct use of the facilities.

Conditions:

  • Stable or temporary contract, depending on availability and activity volume.
  • Flexible schedule (morning, afternoon, and/or weekend shifts possible).
  • Professional growth opportunities and continuous training in new Les Mills disciplines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid ROPEC (Official Register of Sports Professionals of Catalonia).
  • Certification in BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, PILATES, ZUMBA/DANCE, SPINNING, etc.
  • Previous training or experience in group fitness activities (trainer, instructor, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead groups.
  • Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Additional qualifications in first aid and other sports certifications will be highly valued.
