
This month, MIND STUDIO Pilates Reformer is offering a special workshop designed to explore two key aspects of physical wellbeing: the pelvic floor and the prevention and correction of back injuries, specifically applied to Pilates Reformer practice.
The workshop will take place on January 17th, with sessions at 9:00 am, 10:00 am and 11:00 am, and is designed as a practical, step-by-step class, including individual corrections to help you betterunderstand your body and move with greater safety and awareness.
