It’s time to analyze your progress and if you’re new… to test yourself!
From the 2nd to 6th of October, despite training, we will repeat the tests we did in March so that you can, objectively, analyze your progress and continue to improve.
Analyzing and writing down your results is the only way will progress on your training.
