CAMPUS OLIMPIA 2025

Dear families,
Once again, Campus Olímpia is here! If you are passionate about sports, this year is for you. We are back with great energy, and this year we are offering two types of camps:

• Multisport camp with an intensive swimming course.
• Specific futsal sports camp with an intensive swimming course.

We are already organizing and designing all the activities and schedules. We are confident that we can provide children and young people with a safe and trustworthy environment that promotes social and personal relationships, encourages a safe and educational play atmosphere, and supports their development. Likewise, emotional, educational, and social management are always present in the design of our activities.

The sessions will run from June 23 to September 5. The schedules will be:

• Morning (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
• Morning with lunch (9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.)
• Full day (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Additionally, each week we will have an early morning service from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. (please notify us at least one week in advance, and this service will only be available if at least 4 children are enrolled). If you paid in advance and the minimum number is not reached, we will refund the amount.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

From April 1 to April 28, the online scholarship application process will be open through the city council website.

Before applying for the scholarship, you must complete the registration process at the reception of CEM Colom or CEM Can Ricart.
To enroll your child, you must provide the following documentation:

• Parent/guardian ID
• Child’s ID or family book
• Health card
• Updated vaccination record
• Payment of the selected sessions

Once enrolled, you can apply for the scholarship through this link, using ID cat mobile, cl@ve pin, etc.

To complete the process, you will need:

• Child’s IDALU number
• Activity code (see attached document)
• Annual net income for 2024 of the household

If you need help with the scholarship process, you can request an appointment from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., by contacting campusolimpia@lleuresport.cat.

REGISTRATION WITHOUT SCHOLARSHIP

If you are not applying for a scholarship, you can register through our website or at the reception of one of the centers. Here are the links, but they will not be available until April 1:

For in-person registration, you must provide:

• Parent/guardian ID
• Child’s ID or family book
• Health card
• Updated vaccination record
• Payment of the selected sessions

 PAYMENT

• Scholarship applicants: Must pay 10% of the total cost of the requested sessions at the time of registration. If the scholarship is denied, the remaining balance must be paid by June 14, 2024, online via bank details or a registered card.
• Non-scholarship applicants: Payment must be made at the time of registration, either online via our website or in person at the centers’ reception.
