A league in the fitness room? Sorry?
What? When and why? We explain it to you right now.
When we think of the exercises that are most successful in a fitness room, many of them can come to mind, however, there are two of which, popularity and success, are the most used in any training program. They are the bench press and the deadlift.
Both exercises are used in official Powerlifting competitions worldwide, and as in Can Ricart and Paloma we like to participate in the competitive and self-improvement spirit that everyone has, we have made a custom competition for you.
You will be able to be part of a league that will consist of three competitions in three consecutive months and for one week, in which you will be able to test your RM (Maximum repetition) of each of the exercises that we have told you about. In the first you will set the bar, in the second our technicians will help you how to train because you improve the mark and in the third you will put to the test everything you have learned and trained in order to become the champion.
So if you would like to accept this new challenge and improve yourself, we wait for you every month in the fitness room to help you and support you in your new achievement.
From October 10 to 15 we are waiting for you in the fitness room of the centers!
