Olympic movement msterclass
If you are tired of always doing the same exercises with the Olympic bar (squat, bench press, military press, etc.), we offer you the opportunity to learn how to perform new exercises to make your training more complete.
On Wednesday, February 8, we will do a one-hour Masterclass on Olympic movements.
In this activity you will learn to perform one of the two Olympic movements that exist, the “Two times”, “Clean & Jerk” or “Clean & Jerk”; for this, the session will consist of a small theoretical part and a broader part of practical application.
The class will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the CEM Can Ricart Outdoor Box. To participate, all you have to do is talk to our room technicians so they can reserve a place for you.
