<p>Get ready for what is coming next!</p>
<p>This <strong>June 12th</strong> in our centers we present the <strong>Powerlifting</strong> seminar, a discipline composed of three movements: <strong>bench press, deadlift and squat; all of them executed with an Olympic barbell.</strong></p>
<p>What will we work on in the seminar?</p>
<p>In this one-hour session, we will teach you the correct technique of these 3 movements so you can prepare for the event that will take place in our fitness rooms during the month of July.</p>
