The fitness masterclass taught by two of our best technicians is back, in which the most common mistakes we usually make in a fitness room are going to be treated and solved. Whether it’s when planning your workouts, when we perform exercises or in any of the situations that occur in the day to day of a fitness user. They will dedicate 90 minutes to refer to those situations, postures or executions that are usually complex and that lead us to work with muscular synergies that are not adequate, either due to position, posture, axis of work or ignorance.
