These days, if there’s one thing we all need, it’s more time.
We lead busy lives and when we come to the gym, there are days when we don’t know how to optimise our training sessions and get the best out of ourselves with the time we have available.
Out of this need, and in order to help you, without you having to worry about either the planning or the execution, Express Training was born.
15 minutes of high intensity training, guided by our experts and planned by our trainers, in two morning slots and and two afternoon slots.
Every day there will be a different type of training session available to you, including AMRAP, EMOM, FUNCTIONAL HIT, CARDIO EXPRESS, PARTNER WOD, TABATA, TECHNIQUE, ETC.
The way to perform a comprehensive workout, in express time, safely, and under the guidance and motivation provided by our qualified trainers.
