Get your skin ready for spring.
Spring is here and we’re starting to make the most of the sunny days and long evenings. But we’re also starting to suffer from rashes, allergies and sneezing, and it’s not only our organism that suffers the seasonal change, our skin also has to adapt to it. To suffer as little as possible, the first step we have to take is to have a facial cleanse to keep the skin healthy and impurity free.
A peeling treatment would be ideal to revitalise and renew skin cells that have accumulated over the long winter, the hardest season of the year: the cold, the rain, the damp, the wind and the sudden changes in temperature cause the skin to suffer dehydration, pallidity, tightness, blotching and peeling, which is why we should repair the skin in the good weather.
A good hydration treatment is fundamental for our skin’s tolerance of exposure to the sun. An even and long lasting tan can be achieved.
But we have to take great care at this time of year, even though it seems like the sun is low intensity, UV radiation intensifies in spring and lapses of caution and sunburn are frequent, especially if you’re involved in outdoor activities.
It’s important also to care for your skin from the inside, water is essential to stay hydrated. So if you find it hard to remember to drink water during the day, substitute coffee for infusions, your skin will thank you for it.
