Still not sure what it’s for? Thanks to this new tool you can take control of your cardiovascular, resistance, and group training sessions. If this all sounds foreign to you, don’t hesitate to book an appointment at reception with one of our trainers so they can carry out a personalised evaluation of your health, a latest gen weigh-in, assess your training and modify your weekly routine adapting it to your personal needs and the latest developments in fitness. As well as all this, it will provide us with a wealth of information about your goals and performance in order to carry out continuous assessment and help you to achieve the targets you set for yourself.
As a member of Can Ricart you will have access to all this information on your phone, and will be able to check it whenever you like and update it when necessary.
The app calendar will give you comprehensive control over your workouts. All the physical activity you do at the centre will be displayed on this app (cardio, resistance, and group activities) so that either by yourself or with the help of a trainer you will be able to make the necessary modifications whenever you deem it suitable to do so.
