The OH Squat fitness challenge
The good weather is coming and you already want to train in our Outdoor Box (remember that you have a free trial), so we need to be prepared in terms of strength, resistance, mobility, etc. That’s why we want to teach you how to do one of the movements that requires these skills at the same time, the Overhead Squat.
Between March 13 and 26 we will propose you in our fitness rooms the challenge of performing the maximum number of Overhead Squats for one minute. Our technicians will be happy to show you the correct technique for this movement so that you can give it your all.
Remember that, more than a competition against the rest of the subscribers, it is a personal challenge with yourself, during these two weeks you will be able to try and try to improve yourself. It is a free activity, without prior registration and in which our technicians will validate your participation.
